OFFICIAL STATEMENT FROM FANFUSION UK
It is with deep regret that we must officially confirm that Ohana Con, scheduled to take place on 2-4th October 2026 has been cancelled.
We recognise that many attendees will be angry, disappointed and frustrated by both this announcement and the delay in communicating the current position. We completely understand those feelings and sincerely apologise that we have not been able to provide an update sooner.
FanFusion UK has been working through a number of significant ongoing matters and discussions with relevant bodies, guests, agents and other official parties. This has significantly restricted what we have been able to communicate publicly until now.
We have now reached the point where we are able to formally confirm the cancellation of Ohana Con.
We must also confirm that, as a result of the current circumstances affecting FanFusion UK, the remaining events scheduled for 2026 and 2027 will also be cancelled while the outstanding matters affecting the company are addressed and rectified.
Refunds and Further Information
We appreciate that the primary question attendees will have is regarding refunds and how they will receive their money back.
At this time, we are not yet in a position to provide an answer to that question. We are awaiting the appropriate information and formal advice that will allow us to provide accurate and complete information about the next steps.
We appreciate that this is frustrating. However, repeatedly contacting us by email will not provide an answer before we are in a position to give one. We will communicate the refund position and next steps in a separate, detailed statement as soon as we are able to do so.
This announcement is therefore solely to formally confirm the cancellation of Ohana Con and the remaining 2026 and 2027 events. Please do not interpret this statement as confirmation of any particular refund process or timescale.
Communication
Following advice received, with immediate effect, all correspondence relating to FanFusion UK, Ohana Con, refunds or any other outstanding matters must be directed to: fanfusionlimited@gmail.com
Messages sent through social media, personal accounts or any other platform will not be treated as formal correspondence.
We also ask that attendees do not repeatedly chase or send multiple follow-up emails regarding the same matter. We are currently dealing with a very substantial volume of correspondence, not only from attendees and fans but also from guests, agents, suppliers and other parties.
Every email will be reviewed and dealt with as soon as we are able to do so. We ask for your patience and respectfully request that you allow us the time necessary to respond properly.
Conduct
We understand that people may be angry, upset and frustrated. Complaints and legitimate concerns will be acknowledged and dealt with through the appropriate channels.
However, threats of physical harm, threats against members of our team or staff, or any form of threatening behaviour will not be tolerated. Any such communications will be retained and, where appropriate, referred to the police or other relevant authorities.
We also understand that when there are unanswered questions, people may understandably try to fill in the gaps themselves. However, speculation should not be presented or circulated as factual information. There is currently information that is being discussed or shared publicly which is incorrect.
We therefore ask everyone to wait for full clarification and the detailed information we will provide before making or sharing accusations or presenting unverified claims as fact.
The deliberate publication or circulation of false or damaging allegations will not be tolerated and will be referred to the appropriate governing or legal authorities where necessary.
We appreciate that this is an extremely difficult announcement for everyone affected. We are sorry that we are now having to deliver it.
Please hold for further communication regarding the next steps. We will provide a full and detailed statement regarding the refund position and other outstanding matters as soon as we are able to do so.
