The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, Disclaimer Notice, and any or all Agreements: “Attendee”, “You”, “Individuals“ and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting FANFUSIONUK2 & TO THE RESCUE terms and conditions.  “We”, “Our”, and “Us”, refers to FANFUSIONUK2 & TO THE RESCUE. “Convention” refers to the event.

  1. FANFUSIONUK2 & TO THE RESCUE will undertake everything in its power and within its control to ensure the viability of the convention. However, matters outside of our control may result in the cancellation of the convention.  In the event of cancellation of the convention FANFUSIONUK2 & TO THE RESCUE will not be liable for any charges from third parties or provide refunds for any charges from third parties (i.e., hotels, travel costs etc.)
  2. While all guests are booked and promoted by us in good faith and assurance that they will appear, unforeseen events may cause guests to cancel, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, work commitments, health issues, or emergency. 
  3. All Entrance Ticket types are NON-REFUNDABLE due to the nature of our event and not a guarantee of any advertised guest. If the convention is cancelled or rescheduled, we will alert you as soon as possible, by means of the email provided when purchasing the ticket(s). All your tickets will then automatically roll over to the new dates. If you cannot make the new dates then a refund will be offerred and to the best of our ability refunded within 30 days of the new dates being issued.
  4. For VIP and SUPERVIP/GOLD tickets if you have 24 hour pre sale access you may only purchase for yourself and not for other ticket holders. There may be occasions where we will limit the number of pre sale extras you can buy to one of each extra. Pre sale access is for photos and autographs only, meet and greets and selfies are not included.
  5. For any cancelled guest, the autographs, meet and greets and photo-ops may be transferred to be used with another guest attending the convention of an higher or equal value. Alternatively, we may refund those extras for that guest. Please note that extras included in your entrance ticket are non-refundable or transferable. Any refunds exclude your credit card charges or Eventix booking fee/insurance.
  6. In purchasing your ticket and attending “FANFUSIONUK2 & TO THE RESCUE”, you accept that “FANFUSIONUK2 & TO THE RESCUE” is not responsible for any personal injury experienced or loss/damage to personal belongings at the event.
  7. A valid FANFUSIONUK2 & TO THE RESCUE convention admission ticket is required to attend the event and to purchase extras.
  8. We will have minimum of 5 guests attending.
  9.  Please do not attend the event if you test positive for coronavirus. 
  10. This is subject to changes or updates by the UK Government guidelines. We will be closely monitoring the position regarding Covid 19 and will provide updates as and when the Government notifies of any changes. The safety of all our attendees, crew and guests is our main priority.

Conduct

FANFUSIONUK2 & TO THE RESCUE  is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and fun experience for all attending the convention. This means, we expect attendees to respect guests, vendors, volunteers and staff at our convention or online. “FANFUSIONUK2 & TO THE RESCUE” will not tolerate inappropriate behaviour of any kind, including but not limited to harassment because of age, disability, marital status, race or colour, national origin, religion, sex, sexual identity, sexual orientation, or gender identity.

Any threatening behaviour toward guests, staff, volunteers, or attendees with the intent to abuse, annoy, alarm, embarrass, harass, or torment another is unacceptable and grounds for removal from the convention without refund. If unacceptable behaviour continues upon being escorted from the convention, local authorities may be asked to pursue criminal charges. Anyone who experiences or witnesses inappropriate behaviour are encouraged to report it to any staff member, volunteer, or security immediately without concerns for their personal safety or repercussions.

If online bullying takes place against the event or team we have the right to cancel your tickets without refund.

The following items numbered 1-4 will result in the person(s) being removed from the event without refund and where necessary the relevant authorities contacted.

  1. Any activities deemed to be nuisances to the convention or the convention premises, including excessive noise or behaviour considered generally disruptive.
  2. Any act which could result in substantial risk or harm to people or property.
  3. Sexual misconduct, such as indecent exposure, offensive touching, or sexual harassment.
  4. Alcohol consumption by anyone under the age of 18 or purchasing alcohol for minors.

Tickets

  1. All convention tickets purchased for the convention are on a non-Refundable basis unless the event is cancelled.  If the event is moved to a new date then at our discretion we will offer refunds within 30 days from the new date being confirmed.
  2. You must be aged 16 years and over to purchase an adult ticket.
  3.  Please note our venue is a licensed premises and therefore there may be certain areas of the hotel anyone under the age of 16 may not be permitted to enter.
  4. Children ages 13-15 at the time of the event must purchase a child ticket and must be always accompanied by a full paying adult ticket holder.  (official proof of the child’s age must be emailed to info@fanfusionuk.com)
  5. Children who are aged 12 and under at the time of the event are free to the attend but must be always accompanied by a full paying adult.and provide proof of age at the event
  6. To collect your badge for the event, you must provide a valid form ID such as a bank card,  passport or driving licence.
  7. Upon purchase, please check tickets carefully as mistakes cannot always be rectified after purchase. 
  8. If you item shows as scanned on our system it is your resonsibility to make sure you have a ticket for that item as we will not refund any scanned tickets.
  9. Please do not lose your tickets as we will not issue a duplicate. 
  10. Please also ensure your ticket is not altered or damaged as we can refuse entry on this basis.
  11. EVENTIX do provide ticket insurance for your tickets if you cannot attend the event. (only for reasons specified in their policy terms)
  12. All resales MUST BE DONE officially via us by emailing info@fanfusionuk.com. Any tickets bought unofficially will not allow entry to the event and resale tickets cannot be sold for a higher price than the original shop price. Resale of convention tickets is permitted for the following:
    • TO THE RESCUE: SUPERVIP, VIP & GOLD tickets.
    • FANFUSIONUK: VIP & DIAMOND tickets. All resales MUST BE DONE officially via us by emailing info@fanfusionuk.com. Any tickets bought unofficially will not allow entry to the event and resale tickets cannot be sold for a higher price than the original shop price.
  13. TO THE RESCUE Silver and Bronze, Child tickets are NON-TRANSFERABLE and also cannot be RESOLD.
  14. FANFUSIONUK2 Gold, Silver and Child tickets are NON-TRANSFERABLE and also cannot be RESOLD.
  15. You cannot resell your ticket until after 90 days have passed since the original purchase date. No changes can be made to the tickets out with this time. Changes are also not permitted during resales For example we cannot change photos from Saturday to Sunday from the new buyer. Resales will close one month before the event start date.
  16. If you opt for Eventix insurance, this is not transferable if you resell or cancel your ticket. It is non refundable under any circumstances.
  17. FANFUSIONUK2 – TO THE RESCUE reserves the right without liability to refuse admission to, or to eject from the Event, any person in its absolute discretion, including (without limitation) any person who fails to comply with these terms and conditions or who, in the opinion of FanFusionUK2 – To the Rescue, represents a security risk, nuisance or annoyance to the running of the Event. You agree to comply with all reasonable instructions issued by FanFusionUK2 – To The Rescue, the venue owners, security personnel and/or management at the convention.
  18. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to attend Meet & Greets due to adult content.
  19. For attendees who have accessibility requirements, we can provide 1 FREE Carer Ticket or an accessibility assistance ticket (if no carer required). Please contact us if you require assistance and for Carer’s Tickets evidence must be submitted to the following email address info@fanfusionuk.com
  20. Please ensure you include the ticket reference number and evidence may be in the form of a current blue badge ticket, a medical letter, or a relevant benefit letter. Carer Ticket is an entry only ticket to accompany an attendee who has accessibility needs and cannot attend the event alone. Please note Carers are NOT eligible for and cannot buy any autographs, photographs, selfies, meet and greets or attend any part of the event unless accompanying the ticket holder. We will then contact you with any specific requirements or needs you may have at the event.
  21. Autograph Sessions are subject to time constraints. We will do our best to ensure every attendee receives all their autographs.
  22. Instalment plans are available on the following:
    • TO THE RESCUE: VIP, SUPERVIP & Gold tickets.
    • FANFUSIONUK2: VIP & Diamond tickets.
  23. You require a convention ticket to purchase extras. Anyone purchasing extras without having a convention ticket will have their order cancelled with no refund. 
  24. Ticketholders may not purchase extras for any individual who does not hold a convention ticket.
  25. Photos included free in tickets are for a standard photograph and does not include any speciality photo shoots.
  26. Only one (1) item can be signed with an autograph ticket or included autographs.
  27. Only ticketholders of the extras are allowed in the rooms. (If you do not have a ticket for the photo/auto/selfie/meet and greet session, you can not enter the room unless you are a carer/child ticket holder or assistance.)
  28. Day ticketholders (if applicable) will be last to go through photos and autos/selfies.
  29. If ticketholders ticket level includes EARLY ACCESS to purchase extras – you can only purchase for yourself. You cannot purchase extras for anyone else who does not hold the same level of ticket type.
  30. Personalisations are at the discretion of the actor and may be determined by scheduling or other issues.

What is  FANFUSIONUK – TO THE RESCUE?
FanFusionUK – TO THE RESCUE is a weekend event taking place in London 19th-21st July 2024 for TV show sych as Grey’s Anatomy, Station 19 and 911.

What are the start and finish times for the event?

Approx 2 weeks before the event a full schedule will be released with the full weekend of activities.

We will release start times around 2 months before the event to allow booking of your transport and you have details of start and end times.

Will there be a discount with the hotel for accommodation?
Yes, we have secured a discounted rate for our attendees and the booing link is on the webiste under the venue section.

How many extras can I buy?
The maximum you can have with the guest over the weekend is 3 in total for autos. Whether it is a combination of bought one or ones included free in your ticket the limit still applies .You only see each guest once for autographs over the weekend so the auto ticket will have no day noted on them. So, you will see half of the guests on the Saturday and the remaining other guests on the Sunday. You are called by badge type and number. If a guest is only attending for one day all attendees will see the guest on that day for autographs.

There is a limit of max 1 solo per day per guest for photographs (iexc any free with your convention ticket choice) and these are available for Saturday and Sunday. Thetotal limit excludes DUO’s/TRIO’s and cast photos. (Limits subject to change)

Meet and Greets we may ask that you only purchase one ticket maximum for each guest not both days ie Saturday and Sunday.  

If I Can No longer Make the Event, Can I Transfer /Resell My Ticket?
Only if you have a VIP /SUPERVIP/GOLD pass can you resell or transfer your ticket. This must be completed through official channels by contacting PM FANFUSIONUK LTD T/A FANFUSIONUK -TO THE RESCUE  on info@fanfusionuk.com. Any tickets purchased unofficially will be refused entry at the event. Resales tickets may not be sold at a price higher than the original base ticket price.

Please note that all transfers between persons are conducted at the seller and purchaser’s own risk and discretion. FANFUSIONUK LTD T/A FANFUSIONUK 2- TO THE RESCUE will not be held responsible for any issues arising due to third party sales.  Resales will close 1 month before the event.

Can I transfer any extras such as photo ops, autos and meet and greets?
Transfer of extras is only permitted when sold alongside the convention ticket as a package for VIP , SUPERVIP AND GOLD TICKETS, you cannot split up the extras and sell to various parties. They can only be transferred to the individual buying the resale convention ticket. Free extras included in your convention ticket have no monetary value and are not transferable.

Outside of these circumstances’ extra resales/transfers are not possible.

Can I upgrade to a higher ticket tier?
Occasionally we can offer upgrades at set time..

Can I obtain a refund on tickets?
There are no refunds for the convention pass, extras such as photos are only refundable If a GUEST has to cancel, we will then offer a refund on their purchased extras within 30 days.

Can I bring cosplay props?
FANFUSION LTD T/A FANFUSIONUK – TO THE RESCUE  is dedicated to providing a safe and comfortable environment for everyone.

Any weapon that FANFUSION T/A FANFUSIONUK – TO THE RESCUE considers to be inadmissible or a prohibited/illegal weapon must be immediately removed from the convention. The decision to remove any weapons is final and will be strictly enforced to ensure a safe environment for all attendees.

All cosplay weapons must be fake and must not be able to shoot anything or be functioning. Prohibited items also include any form of air gun or working weapon.

All cosplay weapons and props must be inspected upon arrival, and will be given an identifying tag if deemed admissible to the convention.

Can I buy tickets for anyone else?
You can do this via our online shop and ask that you ensure to include the individuals name and email address when purchasing on their behalf. (Restrictions may apply in regard to certain extras). The individual must hold a convention ticket when purchasing extras on their behalf.

How do I receive the free extras included in my ticket?
We will email you for extras included in tickets. For tickets that include ALL GUESTS autographs, you will receive an auto ticke sheet at the event listing your autographs. At the event, handlers at the autograph tables will tick off each box as you obtain your included autographs. In regards to DUO or SOLO photos, we will email you to ask for your choice once all guests have been announced and email the ticket to you.

Please note that free autographs do not include 10×8’s. You must provide the item you wish to be signed.

If we have 2 or more people in a photo op, how many tickets are required?
One ticket is required for each person in the photo op. 

For example, two people in the photo means 2 tickets are required. You do receive 2 poses and a one printed photo for each attendee in the photo.

Can I take photos or video during the panels?
Flash photography is permitted for the first 5 minutes, and then photography without flash is permitted. We regret that video recording of the panels is not permitted.

Will there be vendors at the event?

We will have our lead vendors at the event selling merchandise.

Who do I contact for any accessibility requirements?
Should you require assistance at our event please email us info@fanfusionuk.com and we shall be happy to offer our support and assist you.

Is there going to be queing at the event?

Mainly during photo and autograph sessions there will be standing time and waiting time. Access passes will be taken to the front of the queue and provided with seating. You will then go through the sessions after SUPER VIP/VIP tickets. We do ask for your patience during this time.

  • For VIP we will secure your ticket with a non-refundable £280 deposit plus service fees. The next payment will be due one month after your initial deposit in the sum of £360 plus service fees. The final payment will be due one month after this in the sum of £360 plus service fees.
  • Upon receipt of your deposit, we will send you a payment agreement form for you to complete. Your final payment receipt is the one required to gain entry to the event.
  • For Gold tickets we will secure your ticket with a non-refundable £250 deposit plus service fees. The final payment will be two months after your initial deposit payment in the sum of £300 plus service fees. Upon receipt of your deposit, we will send you a payment agreement form for you to complete. Your final payment receipt is the one required to gain entry to the event.
  • On or just before the instalment due date, we shall send you a unique link to allow payment to be completed.
  • Purchaser will be sent an instalment form to complete and sign and understands that should they fail to pay the final balance due, that the ticket shall be marked null, and void and no entry gained to the event.
  • In purchasing the above tickets from our event, you confirm that you accept the terms and conditions and have read these and understood them before any purchase

Can I transfer any extras such as photo ops, autos and meet and greets?
Transfer of extras is only permitted when sold alongside the convention ticket as a package for VIP , SUPERVIP AND GOLD TICKETS, you cannot split up the extras and sell to various parties. They can only be transferred to the individual buying the resale convention ticket. Free extras included in your convention ticket have no monetary value and are not transferable.

Outside of these circumstances’ extra resales/transfers are not possible.

Can I upgrade to a higher ticket tier?
Occasionally we can offer upgardes at set time..

Can I obtain a refund on tickets?
If a GUEST has to cancel, we will offer a refund on their purchased extras only within a reasonable timescale.

Can I bring cosplay props?

Any weapon that FANFUSION T/A FANFUSIONUK – TO THE RESCUE considers to be inadmissible or a prohibited/illegal weapon must be immediately removed from the convention. The decision to remove any weapons is final and will be strictly enforced to ensure a safe environment for all attendees.

All cosplay weapons must be fake and must not be able to shoot anything or be functioning. Prohibited items also include any form of air gun or working weapon.

All cosplay weapons and props must be inspected upon arrival, and will be given an identifying tag if deemed admissible to the convention.

Can I buy tickets for anyone else?
You can do this via our online shop and ask that you ensure to include the individuals name and email address when purchasing on their behalf. (Restrictions may apply in regard to certain extras). The individual must hold a convention ticket.

How do I receive the free extras included in my ticket?
We will email you for extras included in tickets. For tickets that include ALL GUESTS autographs, you will receive a piece of paper at the event listing your autographs. At the event, handlers at the autograph tables will tick off each box as you obtain your autographs. In regards to DUO or SOLO photos, we will email you to ask for your choice once all guests have been announced.

Please note that free autographs do not include 8×10’s. You must provide the item you wish to be signed.

If we have 2 or more people in a photo op, how many tickets are required?
One ticket is required for each person in the photo op. This applies to photographs with solo guests.

For example, two people in the photo means 2 tickets are required. You do receive 2 poses and a one printed photo for each attendee in the photo.

Can I take photos or video during the panels?
Flash photography is permitted for the first 5 minutes, and then photography without flash is permitted. We regret that video recording of the panels is not permitted.

Will there be vendors at the event?

We regret that we will not be having vendors at our event.

  • Our top three-tier tickets the SUPER VIP , VIP and Gold will have payment plan options available.
  • For SUPERVIP we will secure your ticket with a non refundable £350 deposit. The next payment will be due one month after your initial deposit in the sum of £350.  The third payment will be £400 one month after your second payment and the final payment of £400 one month after your 3rd payment.
  • For VIP we will secure your ticket with a non-refundable £280 deposit plus service fees. The next payment will be due one month after your initial deposit in the sum of £360 plus service fees. The final payment will be due one month after this in the sum of £360 plus service fees.
  • Upon receipt of your deposit, we will send you a payment agreement form for you to complete. Your final payment receipt is the one required to gain entry to the event.
  • For Gold tickets we will secure your ticket with a non-refundable £250 deposit plus service fees. The final payment will be two months after your initial deposit payment in the sum of £300 plus service fees. Upon receipt of your deposit, we will send you a payment agreement form for you to complete. Your final payment receipt is the one required to gain entry to the event.
  • On or just before the instalment due date, we shall send you a unique link to allow payment to be completed.
  • Purchaser will be sent an instalment form to complete and sign and understands that should they fail to pay the final balance due, that the ticket shall be marked null, and void and no entry gained to the event.
  • In purchasing the above tickets from our event, you confirm that you accept the terms and conditions and have read these and understood them before any purchase

What is  FANFUSIONUK – TO THE RESCUE?
FanFusionUK – TO THE RESCUE is a weekend event taking place in London 19th-21st July 2024 for TV show sych as Grey’s Anatomy, Station 19 and 911.

Will there be a discount with the hotel for accommodation?
Yes, we have secured a discounted rate for our attendees and a booking link will be provided.

How many extras can I buy?
The maximum you can have with the guest over the weekend is 3 in total for autos. Whether it is a combination of bought/free ones. the limit still applies .You only see each guest once for autographs over the weekend so the auto ticket will have no day noted on them. So, you will see half of the guests on the Saturday and the remaining other guests on the Sunday. You are called by badge type and number.

There is a limit of max 1 solo per day per guest for photographs (iexc any free with your convention ticket choice) and these are available for Saturday and Sunday. The limit excludes DUO’s/TRIO’s and cast photos. (Limits subject to change)

Meet and Greets we may ask that you only purchase one ticket maximum for each guest not both days ie Saturday and Sunday.  We ask that you only purchase meet and greets for yourself to keep everything fair and equal.

If I Can No longer Make the Event, Can I Transfer /Resell My Ticket?
Only if you have a VIP /SUPERVIP/GOLD pass can you resell or transfer your ticket. This must be completed through official channels by contacting PM FANFUSIONUK LTD T/A FANFUSIONUK -TO THE RESCUE  on info@fanfusionuk.com. Any tickets purchased unofficially will be refused entry at the event. Resales tickets may not be sold at a price higher than the original shop price.
