We understand that large events can be overwhelming, and we are committed to providing adjustments in order that you can fully enjoy your weekend with us.

We have a range of help available for those who require assistance.

  • We can provide an entry only carer’s ticket. This is a complimentary ticket for those attendees who require extra assistant at the event and hold one of our convention tickets.
Carer tickets are only to accompany the main ticket holder only and the carer cannot take part in photos/autographs/meet and greets for example.
  • For this type of ticket, we do ask for supporting documents from one of those listed below:
    • Disability Living Allowance (DLA) award letter
    • Attendance Allowance (AA) award letter
    • Blind Persons Registration
    • Personal Independence Payment (PIP) (Front page only)
    • Armed Forces Independence Payment
    • A current and valid Blue Badge (photocopy of both sides)
    • A medical letter from your doctor or consultant explaining your reasons for needing extra assistance.
    • Other supporting document not listed above please email us info@fanfusionuk.com

We do provide an access pass for those individuals who may find it difficult to stand in queues for a long period of time. We have listed details of just some of the adaptations we can put in place.

This pass will provide aid in the form of seating whilst you wait for photographs and autographs.

    • Spaces for wheelchair users.
    • Hearing loops and appropriate seating to view interpreters.
    • Quicker registration process.
    • At our discretion, we may ask for supporting documentation as outlined above for this pass.

  • Regarding access , attendees with physical disabilities for example wheelchairs and walking aids/difficulties will go through after VIP ticket holders.
  • Attendees who have any other access requirements will go through at the end of sessions when it the room is  quieter and less crowded which makes it easier for us to support you.

Carer tickets will be available on our online shop and after purchase please email supporting documents to info@fanfusionuk.com.

For access passes please email info@fanfusionuk.com as soon as possible after purchasing your convention ticket.

In Meet & Greets the carer will be seated in the same room but a short distance away from the Meet & Greet table. Any misuse of the carers or accessibility pass will result in removal of said individuals from the event with no refund.

We ask that all requests must be no more than two weeks before the event.

If you have any questions not covered by the above please contact us info@fanfusionuk.comat the end
