FanFusionUK2 is a weekend event taking place on the 1st-3rd of November 2024 in London. The event celebrates LGBTQ+ characters from television and film.

To the Rescue is an event linking characters from Grey’s Anatomy and Station 19. The event takes place from the 19th-21st of July 2024.

Yes, we are working with hotels to secure a discounted rate for our attendees.

AUTOGRAPHS: The maximum you can have with any specific guest over the full weekend is three (3). If your ticket includes free autographs, please be advised these count toward the three (3) maximum limit. You will only see each guest ONCE for autographs over the weekend so the autograph ticket will have no day noted on them. In other words, you will see half of the guests on Saturday and the remaining guests on Sunday. You will be called by badge type and number.

SOLO PHOTO OPS: There is a limit of two (2) solo photo ops per day and per guest. If your ticket includes a free solo photo, please be advised these count toward the maximum limit of two (2). This limit EXCLUDES DUOs/TRIOs and GROUP photos. Limits are subject to change.

MEET & GREETS: We may ask that you only purchase one (1) ticket maximum for each guest and not both days (Saturday & Sunday). We ask that you only purchase tickets for these events for yourself to ensure a fair and equal setup.

    • TO THE RESCUE: SUPERVIP, VIP & GOLD tickets.
    • FANFUSIONUK: VIP & DIAMOND tickets. All resales MUST BE DONE officially via us by emailing info@fanfusionuk.com. Any tickets bought unofficially will not allow entry to the event and resale tickets cannot be sold for a higher price than the original shop price.

Please Note: All transfers between persons are conducted at the seller and purchaser’s OWN RISK & DISCRETION. FanFusionUK LTD (FanFusionUK2 & To the Rescue) will not be held responsible for any issues arising due to third party sales.  Resales will close 1 month before the event.

Transfer of extras is only permitted when sold alongside the convention ticket as a package. IE If you are transferring a VIP ticket that has included extras. You may not split up these included extras to sell to various parties. They can ONLY be transferred to the individual buying the resale convention ticket.

Free extras included in your convention ticket have no monetary value and are not transferable.

Outside of these specific circumstances, extras resales/transfer are NOT permitted.

No. You would need to purchase the higher tier ticket and work with FanFusionUK LTD to resell your other covention ticket.

If a GUEST has to cancel, we will offer a refund on their purchased extras ONLY in a reasonable timescale.

FANFUSIONUK LTD T/A FANFUSIONUK 2  is dedicated to providing a safe and comfortable environment for everyone.

Any weapon that FANFUSIONUK LTD T/A FANFUSIONUK 2 considers to be inadmissible or a prohibited/illegal weapon must be immediately removed from the convention. The decision to remove any weapons is final and will be strictly enforced to ensure a safe environment for all attendees.

All cosplay weapons must be fake and must not be able to shoot anything or be functioning. Prohibited items also include any form of air gun or working weapon.

All cosplay weapons and props must be inspected upon arrival, and will be given an identifying tag if deemed admissible to the convention.

You can do this via our online shop and ask that you ensure to include the individuals name and email address when purchasing on their behalf. (Restrictions may apply in regard to certain extras). The individual must hold a convention ticket.

We will email you regarding possible photo ops included in your ticket. At that time we will ask for your choice once all guests have been announced.

Autographs included in your ticket will be received at the event.

Please Note: Free autographs do not include 8×10’s you must provide the item you wish to be signed – unless otherwise specified within your ticket tier exclusives. 

 

One (1) ticket is required for each person in the photo op. This applies to photographs with solo guests.

For example, two (2) people in the photo means two (2) tickets are required for the photo op. You do receive two (2) poses and a one (1) printed photo for each attendee in the photo.

Flash photography is permitted for the first five (5) minutes. After that, photography without flash is permitted.

We regret that video recording of the panels is not permitted at any time.
